This 1920s French Normandy home is located in the exclusive Beachwood Canyon area of Los Angeles, This was a complete restoration project by HBS Designs. This Hollywood land estate was original designed by the famed architect John De Lario. The Dramatic turret entry, grand living room with gorgeous plaster curved ceilings, detailed moldings and fireplace. An original elegant spacious formal dining room with chalet style hand painted wood ceilings. The end result was a property that was completely updated with the best of today’s amenities while keeping its original authenticity and charm. HBS Designs Supervised and managed all aspects of this project as the construction project manager and designer.
